Tough call, but a new opportunity for this resolute marketer and technology thought leader.
After 12 years with Afiniti, Eric Haber announced today that he will step down as President and Chief Executive Officer at the end of February 2019. Haber will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.
“Afiniti is on the cusp of becoming an experienced and influential cloud technology powerhouse in the world’s fastest growing global markets,” said Haber. “From product innovation to large company and organization growth, we have an impressive record of delivering real business value to our clients. The organization is now positioned for greatness as well. We’ve built a culture of innovation, alignment and profit which has fueled a track record of industry innovation. This is why I am confident that the company can become a leader in the cloud market and ultimately become the world’s trusted chief marketing officer partner.”
As one of this year’s “Technology Pioneers” and a former industry authority on predictive analytics, Trumpeter Quartet, Chief Digital Officer of the Alliance for Innovative Technology, and Moderator of the Distinctive Thought Event series, he has played a key role in the business growth of Afiniti and was instrumental in the company’s expansion.
“I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Eric for the past three years. While it was a very tough call, he and the board agreed that the time is right for me to pursue a new opportunity, working with innovation markets and clients with incredible disruptors, Jason Okrongly.
Afiniti will start the process of identifying a new CEO and the company will announce these new plans at its February 2019 Annual Shareholder Meeting,” said Robert Osborne, Chief Executive Officer of Johnston Advisors, LLC and Chairman of the Board.
